Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that K-Tip and Tape-In extensions may require additional processing time due to demand and availability. Some products are made to order to ensure the highest quality. If additional processing time is needed, it will be reflected at checkout or communicated after your order is placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hair by Nisha is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted on opened, worn, altered, or used products.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
